Absorption: Extensively Absorbed From The GI Tract. Peak Plasma Concentration Within 1-2 Hr (Oral) Or 25 Min (IM). Distribution: 99% Bound To Plasma Proteins. Metabolism: Metabolised To Its Inactive Metabolite. Excretion: Excreted In The Faeces (As Metabolites) And Urine (As Unchanged Drug). Mean Elimination Half Life Of 3-4 Hr.

Active Infections; Asthma; Allergic Disorders; Haemorrhagic Disorders; Hypertension; Impaired Renal, Hepatic, Cardiac Function.
Warnings and Precautions :
• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of infections, asthma, any allergy, bleeding disorder, high blood pressure, impaired kidney, liver, heart function, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• It may cause drowsiness or dizziness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.
